We use message blast frequently and the generic "Group Message" subject line is a problem.

"Group Message" tells us nothing about who the message is from until we open it and it tells us nothing about what the message is about until we open it.

Compare these three subject lines we sent using our old system ...

Subject: Message from John Smith - Meal Parts are Slipping
Subject: Message from John Smith - Update on Availability
Subject: Message from John Smith - Time Off Requests Clarification

...to these three subject lines we send using Jolt:

    Subject: Group Message
    Subject: Group Message
    Subject: Group Message

The Jolt way is inferior in three important ways:

    1. We don't know who the message is from until we open it.

    2. We don't know what the message is about until I open it.

    3. We can't scan the subject lines of old Jolt emails to review them.

Please make subject lines editable and please include the sender name in the subject line.

    Hi Constantine,

Thank you for your comment, I can see how that would cause problems. Unfortunately we do not have a solution for you or a work around at this time. However I will put in a request to our development team for you. All those are sent to Joltup.com/suggestions

If there is anything else that we can help you with, please feel free to send us an email to support@joltup.com

    Thank you,

    Sarah
