There may be a few situations where you will need to hard reset your printer to start fresh. Some of these instances may include cases when you are unable to see your printer under "Add Zebra" or you cannot connect to bluetooth or wifi even after reviewing and implementing the steps from the troubleshooting articles located HERE.

Step 1, Reset your Zebra Printer:
1. Turn OFF the printer
2. Press and hold PAUSE + FEED while turning ON the printer
3. Hold PAUSE + FEED until the status indicator is green and the only indicator lit.
The printer configured is reset to factory default values. No labels will print at the end of this action.
Step 2, Reset the Network:
1. Turn OFF the printer.
2. Press and hold PAUSE + CANCEL while turning ON the printer.
3. Press PAUSE + CANCEL until the status indicator is the only indicator lit.
The printer's network configuration is reset to the factory default values. No labels print at the end of this action.
Additionally the ZD410 has a dedicated reset button located on the bottom of the printer (it appears as a small hole) which can be pressed with a paperclip or similar small object. To accomplish a network reset you will press and hold the paperclip for 6-10 seconds. Upon completion of the reset, a configuration and network configuration label are automatically printed.
