When setting up an Employee profile within Jolt there is a list of cellphone providers that can be assigned to employees. Assigning the correct provider is essential to be able to receive text notifications through Jolt. If you have a carrier that is not listed please contact Jolt Support to activate Twilio for your location. There is a minimal $5.00 monthly charge per location to cover the cost of this service.
