Deactivating List Instances from Browse Lists allows you to remove unwanted lists from the iPad and to remove them from reporting.
Login to the Jolt Web Portal, go to Review then Browse Lists.
1. Filter the List. You are able to filter for multiple lists at a time.
2. If you are searching for a form, you can filter for a specific employee under the Person filter.
3. Filter by Date.
4. Select the list instance located at the bottom of the page.
5. On the top right of the page, select the option Deactivate List.
6. To delete multiple list instances, select Deactivate Lists.
7. From here select the instance you want deactivated.
8. Once you have checked the lists instances, select Deactivate.
