1. Go to Join.me in your web browser
a. You can also click the Join.me link that your CSM sent you and then skip to step 4 of these instructions.
2. Click Join Meeting
3. Enter your Customer Success Manager's code and click Join
a. Your Customer Success Manager's code will be in your calendar invite for the training.
4. Enter your Name and click Join
5. Select an audio option.
a. If you are already on a call with your Customer Success Manager, click I'm already on the call

If you are unable to join, your Customer Success Manager is already in a meeting with another customer.
