To Submit your Form open the Jolt: Employee Management App on the iPad.
1. Select Lists on the app.
2. Select your form that needs to be completed.
3. You will need to create your instance on the iPad. Refer to the articles:
4. Complete the tasks.
a. Refer to the article Complete Lists on the iPad.
5. The entire form must be completed before you can Submit it.
a. The submit button will be greyed out if any item is incomplete.
