New Employee Orientation
1. From your Jolt Web Account, access Content > Lists and hit +New List. Name the List New Employee Orientation
2. Display as a Form.
3. For Role-based Access check the Assigned and Manage columns for roles starting at the Manager level and higher.
4. Click +New Notification. Select Manager and any other Role that you would like. Send an email when the List is completed.
5. Hit +New List Item and repeat this for the following items.
a. Employee Drop Down:
i. Prompt Text = Employee Name
ii. Prompt Text = Trainers Name
i. Prompt Text = Go over the Company Welcome Letter
ii. Prompt Text = Discuss Company History, Mission Statement, and Values.
iii. Prompt Text = Explain performance expectations and standards.
iv. Prompt Text = Review job description, schedule, duties and responsibilities, and make sure they have all materials they would need to be successful at their position.
c. Short Entry:
i. Prompt Text = What name would they prefer to have on their badge and introduce them to coworkers.
i. Prompt Text = Give tour of restaurant.
ii. Prompt Text = Review key policies (ie Vacation/Holidays, Sick Leave, Absences & Tardiness , Payroll, Anti-harassment, Dress Code & Uniform Policy, Sanitation, Cell Phone Use, etc)
iii. Prompt Text = Review Machinery and other relevant pieces of equipment
iv. Prompt Text = Review policies on parking
v. Prompt Text = Employee has read Employee Handbook
vi. Prompt Text = Employee agrees to the uniform and grooming standards and policies
i. Prompt Text = Employee Signature
ii. Prompt Text = Trainer Signature
