When you click the +New List Item button you are presented with all of these item options.
a. Checkmark: Simply tap on the checkmark and the item will be done.
b. Yes/No: Choose between a Yes or No response. These work really well for Employee Performance Reviews, Employee Trainings, Location Audits/Impact Reports, etc.
c. Signature: Use your finger to digitally sign. These work great for manager approvals, etc.
2. Drop Down
a. Employee: Select an employee from a drop down list. This does not mean that the employee who is selected is the same person who completes the list. Rather, this item is designed to attach the entire list to the selected person’s profile. This item works great at the beginning of a form for Employee Performance Reviews, Employee Write-Ups, Employee Orientation, and Employee Training.
b. Multiple Choice: Choose a response from a drop down list of options that you predefine.
3. Open Ended
a. Free Response: Type out a lengthy response.
b. Short Entry: Type out a 3-10 word response.
a. Photo: Take a picture. Works great for maintenance requests, damage reports, and any other situation where you think “picture proof” or clarification would be important. From the iPad, you can take notes and attach pictures to all the different item types presented in this document.

b. QR codes: Physically take the iPad to a location where the QR code is placed and scan the QR code in order to complete the item. The code is created on the website and then printed off of the computer. It works great to laminate the code and then you can stick it in your operations wherever you want. They also remove what many people call “pencil whipping” and ensure that employees are in the correct place at the correct time. Examples of this include restroom checks, parking lot and dumpster checks, play area checks, and other store walk-thru checks.

c. Barcode: Identical functionality to QR codes.
a. Measurement: See a number pad pop up that then allows user to input a numeric value.
b. Rating 1-5: Select a number from 1-5. Great for Employee Performance Reviews, Locations Audits, etc.
c. Rating 1-10: Identical to rating 1-5 except options go from 1-10.
a. Date: Select a date from a calendar popup
b. Time: Select a time from a clock popup
c. Date-Time: Select a date and time from a combined calendar/clock popup
7. Read Only
a. Text: A user DOES NOT fill out or complete anything with this item. This item is used for information only, and is a way to add clarifications, descriptions, terms, etc. to different lists.
b. Subtitle: A user DOES NOT fill out or complete anything with this item. This item is typically used as a sub header so that lists can be divided into different sections.
