The reason this typically happens is because the store's iPad does not sync up the results until after the due time. This may be because the employees turned the iPad off or put it to sleep before the iPad had a chance to update. Another possibility is that the iPad was taken out of wifi range and no longer had a good enough connection to sync up the data for a while. So even though the employees checked and submitted items before the due time, our system did not know about it because they had not saved up through the internet. Therefore, the system viewed the list as late and sent out the overdue report.
On your end continue to remind your team that they need all the records to upload before turning off the iPad and to make sure they have internet connection. Make sure that the top bar on the app says Synced Just Now before turning off or putting to sleep the iPad.
