To cancel a subscription and cease monthly billing you will need to delete your company's location from the Jolt Web Portal online.
1. From the Jolt Web Portal, go to Settings and then Content Groups.
2. Select the location that needs to be deleted.
*Note: To delete an entire content group, first delete all locations within the content group.
3. This will open the Location Settings page.
*Note: The page, Location Settings can be accessed directly by going to Settings and then Location.
4. In the top right, click Delete and this will end the subscription.
5. A new message will open asking for confirmation to delete the account, select Continue.
6. Another message will appear asking for feedback concerning your experience with Jolt. Please be candid by including your reason for cancelling and suggestions for improvement.
