    How are you able to refer back to forms that have been completed? Am I able to search specifically by the employees name?

    Hello Justin, 

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Through your Jolt web account, you will be able to select Review > Browse Lists. From here, you will be able to select the lists, person and/or date range you would like to pull up and review at any time.

    You are also able to see those lists displayed visually though the Grid View and Comparison Reports tabs also found under the Review section.

    1. Can an employee write up be viewed by the employee the write up is about?  E.g. part of their employee record on Jolt?  

    2. In the "browse lists", can i see which employee was written up without having to drill down on each individual list created?

    Hello Jason,

    Thank you for your questions! 

    1. Employees can only view the lists that their role has been given access to. This can be controlled via the Role-Based Access section for each list on your Jolt Web Account. Once this role has been given that access, they can view the list from the List section of the Jolt iPad App by changing to the Review Mode. Keep in mind that this will allow all employees within that role to see all completed "Employee Write Ups" from the Review mode. 

    2. If you make sure that you use the Employee item type when creating the list, you will be able to use the Person Filter in Browse Lists to see which employee was written up.
