Login to the Jolt Web Portal, go to Settings then Profile.
1. On the left side of the page locate Account Access.
2. The password can be edited from here.
a. Must contain a min. of 8 characters, one letter, and one number.
The password can be reset from:
- The Jolt Web Portal or joltup.com
- The Jolt Lite App
1. Select LOGIN in the top right corner of the screen.
2. It directs the page to login page, select Forgot password.
3. An email with instructions and a Reset Password Link will be sent to the email entered.
4. If an error displays, this may because the user of the email has not accepted the initial invite. Check with an Admin or Employer to ensure that the invitation has been accepted.
5. It may have also been inputted incorrectly, check for extra spaces and spelling
