The first thing you'll want to do is check what version of the app you are on because you might need to update.
1. Within the Jolt app, tap on the last menu tab Settings
2. Tap on the option About
3. One of the fields will say App Version. What does it say?
4. To find the latest version of the Jolt App, please go to the App Store and search Jolt. If you click on details it will tell you the current version. If your version and current version are different, please take this time to update your Jolt app (If you click on the App Store, you should see and option to update).
