The first set you'll want to take is check to see if your iOS is update. Go to the iPad Settings, then select on General. Now select Software Update; it will inform you if there is an update available
The second step will be to update your app version. To find if your Jolt App is running the latest version go to the App Store then go to Updates. It will inform you if there is an update available.
