Is there a way to unsweep?

    Hi Javier,

Thanks so much for your question. Unfortunately at this time there is not a way to unsweep. What employees can do is add notes to other list items so that they can explain any issues that came up later. They will do this through the small pencil icon next to list items.

However, our developers are working on making the sweep function optional. When this feature is released, managers will be able to decide whether or not they want a checklist to be able to be sweeped. If you can give me your company and location name I will gladly put you on the list to be notified when this feature is released!

Thanks again and feel free to let us know if you have further questions.

    Hello Julio,

Thank you for your question! We are still working to add this feature. If you would like to be notified when it is released, please provide us with your company and location name.

In the meantime, you can change your lists to "Forms" to change the Sweep button to a Submit button. This will mean that no items can be submitted until all items are complete.

Look forward to hearing from you,

We discovered by choosing Mode in the upper left-hand corner of the app, you can filter based on what has been completed vs. not. Like for example, the Health Dept wants to see records of temp probes for something already swept.

    Hi Aaron,

You are right! You can view the lists that have been completed by going to Review> Browse Lists> Select the list that you want to view> Select the date range that you want to view> Select the day that you want to see the completed lists for.

Let us know if you have any other questions. We are happy to help!

    Thanks,

    Melanie

Is there a way to submit checklists that aren't completed? Without having to completed it (either put an answer or N/A everything)?

    Hi David,

Thank you for your question. There is a way to mark a List Item as N/A. When you are adding List Items there is a box beneath each individual item you can uncheck it says Required (uncheck to allow N/A)

This gives you the option to mark it as N/A when you are completing it from either the iPad or from the Jolt Lite app on the phone.

If you have any issues with this feel free to give us a call at our Support Line at 877-396-4112 Ext. 2 or you can email us at support@joltup.com

    Thanks,

    Maddy
