If there is too much on a list you can easily edit the list and make it more broad. Long lists can also be made into a checklist to enable the "Sweep" Function. This will allow employees to "sweep away" all completed tasks in a list so that the only ones remaining are those that still need to be completed. The system allows for very quick process improvements.
