To ensure that every employee understands your announcement, you can set up quiz questions that they have to get right before they can officially clock in.
It’s normally impossible to keep track of which employees have or haven’t seen your announcement. With our Reader's Report you will know immediately which of your employees have seen the information, when they completed the associated quiz, and how many attempts they required.
To view the Reader's report, go to your Jolt Web Account and access Communication > Announcements. This page will show you a list of all of your announcements and their Reader's Report.
