    Hi Jill! 

    An easy way to get rid of the overdue tasks/red boxes that show up on the login screen of your iPad is to clear those old list instances from your iPad. Steps on how to do this can be found on this user tutorial

    the texts at night, are not telling us what the overdue item is? in the past it has always told us the item not completed.

    Hello,

    I just paid for and downloaded all the software yesterday. Is there something special i need to do to access the franchise content? I Found out about Jolt from the tropical smoothie cafe convention this year and would look to start testing the feature before I bring it into the cafe. Thank you

    It is great to hear from you! Depending on which franchise you are apart of, your corporate office will have a slightly different set up with specific lists and subscriptions you can subscribe to. Since you are with Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you can reach out to your corporate office to find our which specific Content Group you can subscribe to, they will have a packet of information ready to help you get started!

    Is making a list and using the measurement (range min/range max) the same as a par sheet for order guides? I can't seem to find an "order guide" on the site. I am new to this and just getting started.

    I am trying to connect the Brother QL-710w printer to my internet connection to be able to print labels through Jolt. Unfortunately, my company's internet has two options, one, a private WiFi network that requires additional login credentials; second, a public WiFi connection, but requires you to hit a simple "agree" button towards our terms and conditions.

    Does the Brother QL-710w have the capability to connect to these type of internet connections? I've been trying to connect myself to both of these countless times, and each time the printer fails to connect itself to the network.

    If you have any suggestions, I would highly appreciate it.

    Morgan,

     When I am trying to connect our Zebra ZD410 to the ipad, I am getting a "connection unsuccessful" message that says to make sure the printer is turned on and in range. The printer is both on and within range. I have turned both the ipad and printer off and on and it hasn't helped. Any suggestions?
