If you are trying to connect your Zebra Printer to your iPad through Bluetooth and the device does not show up in your iPad settings, it's most likely that the printer was previously connected through Bluetooth to a different iPad. So the reason it's not showing up is because it's showing up on that other iPad.
Now assuming this is the case, the theory is that you could follow the configuration steps with that other iPad. However, on a rare occasion that you need/want to connect your printer using this new iPad then you will need to follow the steps below to Un-pair that other iPad to your Zebra Printer.
1. Open the silver icon Settings icon on the home screen of the iPad that was previously connected to your printer.
2. On the left, tap Bluetooth. The Zebra Printer should show up under devices. Tap the small i icon on the right of the device.
3. Select Forget This Device to clear the memory of this other iPad and the printer. Once this is done, go back to the configuration guide and continue where you left off because the Zebra Printer should now show up correctly.
