1. In your Jolt Web Account go to Scheduling > Availability. These instructions also apply for Time-Off requests. Just select Time Off instead of Availability.
2. Select Filter.
a. This button is only available when you are on the Manage tab. You can enter this tab by selecting the Checkmark.
3. Be sure that Approved, Pending, and Denied are all selected, with the button showing green.
4. Select Tap to Select.
5. Select an employee or Select All > Back.
7. This will show you a list of all current Availability requests. From here you can approve or deny any requests you wish, even if you have already responded to them.
