    How do you edit an employee's preferred hours? I did not get an approval notification and cannot figure out how to delete it.

    Hello Adam,

    Thank you for reaching out to us! At this time, preferred hours do not behave the same  way that Availability requests do. They do not send approval notifications and cannot be edited by managers. You can prevent your employees from submitting preferred hours in the future by going to Settings > Location and unchecking the box marked Allow Employees to set a Preferred Schedule. 

    Even though you will see the the green background for preferred work hours, you will not be required to conform to these when building your schedule. This feature was designed to be a courtesy for employees: a way for them to voice their preferences without managers being required to follow them.
