Zebra's warranty covers the first twelve months after manufacture, or after purchase (if you can provide proof of purchase). This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, provided the hardware remains unmodified and has been operated in reasonable conditions.

For either requests you will need to have your printer's serial number ready. This can be found on the bottom of your printer, in the center of the manufacturer sticker.
