Push Notifications, Texts, and Emails will be sent out once the schedule is published and ready to view. Learn more about these options be referring to the article, Scheduling Notification Settings and Types.
To enable this feature refer to the article, Enable Visibility of Everyone's Schedule.
Login to the Jolt Web Portal, go to Scheduling then Shifts.
1. Select on All Shifts to view everyone's schedule
2. View everyone's schedule at your location by scrolling down.
3. Switch between days or past weeks.
a. Only published schedules are visible.
4. The role and shift start and end time will display under the name.
